Nilza I. Oyola is an accomplished executive leader, leadership coach, ordained minister, author, and founder of SIS Consulting. Her career spans more than 20 years, including over 15 years in senior and executive roles helping leaders navigate growth, transition, and complexity.
Nilza has served as Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President across nonprofit, faith-based, education, and workforce-development organizations. Her expertise spans strategy, organizational development, program design, leadership development, operations, financial sustainability, and impact measurement.
